服务条款

1. 协议的接受

本服务条款（"本条款"）是你与北京代语科技有限公司（"我们"）之间关于使用 SpeechlessDo 桌面应用及相关服务（"本服务"）的协议。下载、安装或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。如不同意，请停止使用。

2. 服务内容

SpeechlessDo 是一款桌面语音输入与 AI 工具应用，支持 macOS 与 Windows。主要功能包括：

• 本地功能：语音听写、本地 AI 润色、本地 Agent 与基础工具，在你的设备上运行，无需登录，不限次数。
• 官方云端功能：云端 Agent 与云端润色，需要登录账号并按实际用量消耗云端积分。
• 自带密钥（BYOK）：使用你自己的第三方模型服务密钥，请求直接发往你选择的服务商，费用由你与该服务商结算。
• 高级工具：AI 抠图、超分辨率、视频剪辑、字幕工作室、实况照片、会议纪要等，每个账号每项可免费试用 5 次，之后需开通 Pro 或购买本地工具包。

部分功能仅在特定操作系统或硬件上可用，以应用内实际显示为准。

3. 账号

• 你应使用本人真实有效的手机号注册，并妥善保管登录凭证。
• 账号下发生的操作与购买视为你本人行为；发现账号被盗用，请立即联系我们。
• 账号仅限本人使用，不得出借、转让或出售。

4. 付费服务

我们提供以下付费商品，价格以应用内及 定价页 展示为准，订单金额以下单时显示的金额为准：

• Pro 会员：按月（¥19.9）或按年（¥199）购买。有效期内高级工具不限量，可使用 BYOK 与 Speechless Pro 语音引擎，每订阅月发放 1,500 云端积分（年付逐月发放）。
• 本地工具包 V1：一次性购买（¥199），永久使用其 V1 清单内的高级工具、BYOK 与 Speechless Pro 语音引擎；不包含之后新增的高级工具，不包含云端积分。
• 云端积分包：1,000 积分（¥10）、3,000 积分（¥27），仅用于官方云端功能，长期有效。

付费商品通过支付宝付款，付款成功后立即开通。所购服务为数字化商品，开通后即可使用。

5. 有效期与续费

• Pro 会员按购买周期计算有效期；有效期内再次购买，有效期在原到期时间上顺延。
• 目前不提供自动续费，到期后不会自动扣款。若今后提供自动续费，将在购买时由你单独选择并明确提示扣款规则，你可随时取消。
• 本地工具包为永久授权，不随 Pro 会员到期而失效。

6. 云端积分规则

• 登录账号每月获赠 50 积分（Pro 有效期内改为每订阅月 1,500 积分），赠送积分在当期结束时清零。
• 扣费时先扣当期赠送积分，再扣购买的积分；购买的积分不设有效期。
• 积分按官方云端功能的实际用量扣除。工作日 9:00–12:00、14:00–18:00（北京时间）为高峰时段，按 2 倍扣除，应用内会实时提示。
• 因服务商报错而未产生结果的请求不扣积分。积分不可提现、不可转让。

7. 退款

• 付款后 7 日内，且未使用该订单对应的付费权益（未使用 Pro 或本地工具包带来的高级工具、BYOK、Pro 语音引擎，或未消耗所购积分），可申请全额退款。
• 重复付款、误购，或因我们的原因导致付费功能持续无法正常使用的，可申请退款，我们核实后全额或按未使用部分退还。
• 积分包已部分使用的，可按未使用积分的比例退款。
• 退款原路退回至付款的支付宝账户，到账时间以支付宝为准。退款完成后，该订单对应的会员权益、本地工具包授权或积分将被收回。
• 申请退款请联系客服电话 17611103594 或邮箱 liutong@navi-bot.com，并提供注册手机号与订单信息。法律法规另有规定的，从其规定。

8. 使用规范

你不得利用本服务从事违法违规活动，包括但不限于：侵犯他人知识产权、隐私或肖像权；处理、传播违法或不良信息；对本服务进行反向工程、破解或绕过付费与安全限制；以自动化手段滥用云端服务。违反的，我们有权暂停或终止服务，且不退还相关费用。

你通过本服务下载、处理的网络内容，应确保已获得相应权利，并自行承担相应责任。

9. 知识产权与用户内容

本服务及其内容的知识产权归北京代语科技有限公司或相关权利人所有。随应用提供或下载的模型可能适用各自的许可协议。你使用本服务产生的录音、文字与文件归你所有，本地处理的内容保存在你的设备上。

10. 免责与责任限制

AI 识别、润色与生成结果可能存在错误，请在使用前自行核对。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用本服务产生的间接损失承担责任；我们因本服务承担的责任总额，不超过你就相关服务实际支付的费用。

11. 服务变更与终止

我们可能调整服务内容或价格，价格调整不影响已支付订单。如因我们的原因终止付费服务，我们将提前公告，并对剩余有效期或未使用积分按比例退款。

12. 法律适用与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应协商解决；协商不成的，提交北京代语科技有限公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

13. 条款更新与联系方式

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页更新日期；重大变更将在应用内提示。更新后继续使用即视为同意。

Service

SpeechlessDo, provided by Beijing Daiyu Technology Co., Ltd., is a desktop voice input and AI tools app for macOS and Windows. Dictation, local polish, the local agent and basic tools run on your device without an account or limits. The official cloud agent and cloud polish require an account and use cloud credits. With bring-your-own-key (BYOK), requests go directly to the provider you choose. Premium tools come with 5 free uses each per account.

Paid services

• Pro: CNY 19.9 per month or CNY 199 per year; unlimited premium tools, BYOK, the Speechless Pro speech engine and 1,500 cloud credits per subscription month. Buying again extends the period. Nothing renews automatically.
• Local Pack V1: CNY 199 once; the premium tools in its V1 list, BYOK and the Speechless Pro speech engine, forever. Tools added later and cloud credits are not included.
• Cloud credits: 1,000 for CNY 10 or 3,000 for CNY 27, for official cloud features only, never expire. Monthly granted credits (50, or 1,500 with Pro) are spent first and expire at period end. Peak hours (weekdays 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 Beijing time) cost 2×.

You pay with Alipay the amount shown when the order is created; access starts on payment.

Refunds

Within 7 days of payment, an order whose paid access or credits have not been used is fully refundable. Duplicate payments, mistaken purchases and paid features that keep failing for reasons on our side are refunded in full or for the unused part; a partly used credit pack is refunded in proportion to unused credits. Use, liability and law

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or bypass paid or security limits. AI results may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes go to the competent court where Beijing Daiyu Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.
